• Login to your facebook account at www.facebook.com 
• Go to http://facebook.com/pages or http://facebook.com/pages/browser.php 
• Click on "Pages I Like" or it maybe "My Pages" as shown below

• The list of all pages you have liked will appear
• Copy the URL in your address bar, it would look like http://www.facebook.com/browse/fanned_pages/?id=100001439410111
• The string of numbers at the end of your url is your facebook profile id as shown in blue text above.
